The East River Ferry service was up and running since last Monday, June 13th. I'm so glad that I had a chance to take a cruise and explore awesome views on the new ferry, and it was free of charge. The new East River Ferry is free through next Friday, June 24. After the free rides dry up on June 25, fares will cost $4. I highly recommend you try it out, you gonna love it... A great experience! If somehow you take this ferry in the weekend Sat and Sun. Please stop at North 6th St/North Williamsburg and come say hello and visit me. I'm right around the corner, my little shop is in the Artists and Designers Market at 70 North 7th St.
